Coaching sessions

These usually involve me and the whole family.  This is an excellent option for those who want to take a "hands on" approach and for educating the kids.  This works great for the happy, excitable dog who's just doing it "wrong:" Jumping to greet, counter-surfing, inappropriate mouthing, ball obsession, etc.  These sessions are available throughout SF.  Price: $135/session.  Sessions are one hour long.

"day training"

Day training is where I work with the dog alone, installing a behavior and then following up with you to show you how to operate it.  This is a good option for families who are super busy and have difficulty finding time to work with the dog in between sessions, and for more complex behaviors where there may be fear involved. A few good examples of this are leash-reactivity and alarm-barking at the doorbell. These sessions are available throughout SF.   Price: $135/session.  Sessions are one hour long.

puppy socialization

Are you expecting to welcome a new puppy into your family soon?  Most experts agree the socialization period for puppies ends at around 18 weeks of age.  This means anything novel they meet after 18 weeks old could potentially trigger a fear reaction, and it's why it's so important to get your puppy out into the world as early as possible.  A solid foundation in good experiences early is what keeps different stimuli from becoming "scary" later.  I can show you how to supplement your puppy classes and socials with a well-rounded and safe socialization program so your pup will be ready for anything!  These sessions are available throughout SF.  Price: $135/session.  Sessions are one hour long.
